👀 Focus
Naming what you actually want, before anyone else weighs in.
✨ Look for
Write one intention down and keep it to yourself for now.
🚫 Avoid
Launching, announcing, or forcing a decision today.
❓ Reflect
If nothing were watching, what would I begin?
The dark moon is the pause between two breaths. Nothing is visible yet and that is precisely the point — this is the only part of the cycle where a wish is still entirely yours. Rest more than feels productive. What you plant in silence now will have the whole waxing arc to grow.
